.... fold down again and then stuff into the enlarged groove. Use the rubber mallet to then hammer the groove shut. You won't be able to do this all the way around the seat. I did this along the front edge and at the side where that opening is in the seat pan that fits over the tab that is welded to the body. We are sort of forcing an oragne peel over an apple core... I'm doing the best that I can.
