If it weren't for these brackets sticking out of the carpet, I would of drilled out the mounting points for the sedans rear seatbottoms mounting points and welded them into my car. Then when I folded the seats down, I could of just removed the bottoms completly and now loose any leg room up front from having to flip the seatbottoms up. I wasn't in the mood the pull the carpet out and replace with sedan carpet.
