Here you can see how the seatback frames are different. The main one being the carpet color. Trust me, you can't just peel this carpet off.... I already tried that. Plus if I ever have to have a kid in the back of the car, the mounting points for the LATCH system will be in place, I just have to bolt the hardware back into place if needed. If you don't ever use the latch system in your wagon, I'd go ahead and remove the hardware, easier to slide stuff in when the seats are down.
