When putting the plastic track back into the grove, start at one end and work your way down. Once you get all 4 tracks fitted into the grooves of the seatback frame, use a rubber mallet to tap the plastic track down all the way into the groove using a steadying hammering motion working your way around. Once you've done the hammer down, then follow up by hammering the sides of the seat to help close the metal groove up on the seatback frame, again working your way around. My mallet is pretty dirty so I taped up a clean rag to it.
