Cheap toys for Pirates Safari Ltd Pirate Toob from Amazon, about $12 I have a lamination machine and just ran a lamination sheet through, it comes out as a thin stiff clear sheet of plastic. I cut off a piece and used super glue to mount it to the base of the toy. Note my amazing knife stabby hole for a screw. Just that one screw holds this guy in place over the left lane. Another shot of the toy. Same technique used here, just trimmed the plastic sheet down to be a flush fit with the pin’s plastic. Then used super glue to hold the toy in place. This item I just used hot melt glue to secure it into place. Overall shot of the playfield with the 3 toys we added. These are from “Bags of Skulls” that Home Depot has sold for the last 2 Halloween seasons. They are about $10-ish. The skulls have a small hole in the bottom of them and were pushed onto some screw from the “Tournament Play” sign that was removed. So the skulls can wiggle or spin around, but not fall off. The gold coin was from some key chain kit, hot melt glue used to keep it in place. The eye patch was found with some kids rape and pillage toy kit. I may see about going back and adding some red LEDs to the guy on the right for the eyes.
