BlackKnight, adding plastics under LEDs

This area if the playfield is kind of dim. I’ve got a bunch of random LEDs from where I pulled out LEDs from no-so-good-LED-upgrades on pins I’ve purchased. Lets see what we can sort out here.
I pulled some bulb sockets from a very dead playfield I’ve had, flatten out the mounting tabs and then figured out where would be best to place them.
Got to use my new toy, a Hakko FX888D, to do some soldering. I really wish I would of purchased a quality soldering kit years ago after finding out how much better it is than the dinky pencil type I’ve been using.
Messed around with how the wiring would be routed.
Another angle. When I drilled the hole through the playfield, I had my wife keep a vacuum next to the drill bit to suck up the wood chips.
Connecting to the GI.
The end result. It is a subtle change, it looks like this is how it should be. With just very basic soldering skills needed, this is a super simple upgrade.
Another shot with the room darker.
