OEM VW / Audi Butt Connectors

These are the OEM butt connectors that are part of the VW and Audi airbag wiring harness repair kit. Designed for the smaller diameter wiring found in VW and Audi cars (0.5mm - 18 to 22 gauge), these butt connectors meet VW and Audi specs for factory approved wiring harness repairs.

They are adhesive lined, heat shrinking butt connectors, so the sleeve glues itself to the jacket of the wire you are crimping to for support and to seal out dirt and moisture. They can be used in the engine bay. Due to the smaller size, there is less bulk when doing multiple repairs in a confined space.

Sold in packs of 10, shipping is a flat $2 per order to the lower 48 States, $3 per order shipping to Canada.

2002 Eurovan, four of the ECM terminals replaced at the ECM using the 000 979 940 butt connectors. With the smaller butt connectors, was able to hide all of the repair under the cap of the terminal housing.
